Music for stress relief

I enjoy listening to some music though earphones. The fact that the music is right in your head makes it easier to drown out all the other things around you.
I take my ipod everywhere and when I need to relax I just turn up the volume and get lost in the music.
Whenever possible I close my eyes and try to face the sunlight and daydream about being somewhere tropical.
This works great even on a 15 min break from work.. leaves me feeling refeshed and less stressed!
