Meditation for Stress Relief

My favorite stress relief tip would have to be meditation. I had forgotten how much it helped me relax and let go of tension until I recently started doing it again.

All you need is a comfortable place, a candle and maybe some nice music and you can feel your body begin to release.

To help my body to relax, I concentrate my thoughts on every part of my body starting with my head.

I wiggle around and get comfortable and make sure I am not straining any muscles before I move onto another part of my body. And of course, I BREATHE during this whole process.

By the time I get to my feet I'm either asleep or so relaxed that I forget that I was even stressed to begin with. Then I stay in this state as long as possilbe and when I'm finished the world is wonderful again!
