Exploring Crystals Healing Properties

Crystals Healing Properties have made them important aids in holistic healing for millennia. Holistic means they heal your body, mind and spirit to get to the root of the problem.

Their individual healing property depends on the stone in question. They can all focus light and sound vibrations into a concentrated ray that can be used for healing, but some are energizing, while others are calming.

Some crystals healing properties come from the minerals they contain. For example, Malachite is a powerful detoxifier that contains a lot of copper, which enables it to help your aching joints or muscles when worn as a necklace or bracelet.

Chakra crystals can balance the chakras.
