Chakra Stones to Balance Your Chakras

Your seven primary chakras each have a particular color, which helps you choose which are the best crystals and gems for healing that particular chakra.

Just choose stones that most appeal to you within the color family of that chakra. To keep it simple, I've included some chakra stone suggestions for each one. Click here for more about crystals healing properties

To get the most benefit from your chakra crystals, lie down in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for about 30 minutes.

Apply the specific stones to each chakra, then just relax and let the crystals work their magic. You may choose to enhance your experience with soft music.

For best results, set aside some time each week to balance your chakras and connect to your stones.

First Chakra

Root Chakra: Red

Imbalances:

- Difficulty moving

- Circulation problems

- Hyperactivity

- Exhaustion

Stones: Ruby and Garnet

Second Chakra

Sacral Chakra: Orange

Imbalances:

- Digestive disorders

- Lack of vitality

- Lack of focus

Stones: Tiger's Eye, Amber, Citrine, Orange Calcite, Topaz, Carnelian

Third Chakra

Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow

Imbalances:

- Nervous disorders

- Allergic reactions

- Arthritis

- Skin disorders

Stones: Yellow Quartz, Heliodor, Citrine, Fluorite

Fourth Chakra

Heart Chakra: Green

Imbalances:

- Lack of discipline

- Abnormal growths

- Claustrophobia

- Lack of control

Stones: Green Aventurine, Jade, Peridot, Emerald, Garnet

Fifth Chakra

Throat Chakra: Blue

Imbalances:

- Laryngitis

- Tonsillitis

Stones: Blue Lace Agate, Aquamarine

Sixth Chakra

Third-eye Chakra: Indigo

Imbalances:

- Congestion

- Creative blocks

Stones: sapphire, lapis lazuli, azurite

Seventh Chakra

Crown Chakra: Violet

Imbalances:

- Headaches

- Eye/ear problems

- Inability to concentrate
