Energy Psychotherapies

Energy Psychotherapies are not your traditional kind of psychotherapy. They're a non-invasive, gentle way of dealing with issues that are disrupting your energy field.
Is negativity ruling your life? Do you suffer from anxiety, depression or phobias, or have problems dealing with family issues?
Yes? Then not try this, and resolve the issue quickly!
Energy psychotherapy uses some traditional therapy tools, such as discussion and intuition, but also uses muscle testing to get to the root of the problem.
Energy psychology consists of defining what the problem is, deciding on a preferred state, and discovering what's stopping you from living the live you truly desire.
Perhaps your happiness is being blocked by a current life trauma, which could include prenatal and birth trauma. Or maybe a past life trauma may be the culprit.
Either way, once the block has been found and brought to consciousness, it can be removed by tapping acupressure points, holding chakras, or using affirmations or prayers.
What Energy Psychotherapies Are
Energy Psychotherapies are based on the belief that any physical or emotional trauma you experience immediately imprints on your energy field, or aura.
These traumas have a toxic effect, disrupting your body's energy systems and life force.
Energy psychotherapy works with the complete energy field to change how you experience life, using muscle testing to see what's preventing you from living the life you truly want.
Energy Psychotherapy approaches any illness on the premise that it has several possible causes; physical (such as bacterial, viruses, parasites, allergies, or toxic chemicals), emotional, or psychological.
The object is to treat all toxins related to the physical or emotional distress, so they'll no longer support the disease.
The psychologically and spiritually directed energy work helps reduce and even eliminate anxiety, depression, phobias, hostility and other forms of negativity, removing these blocks to your happiness as you reprogram your energy field.
Interventions or treatments can be as simple as tapping your own acupressure points.

A Typical Session
Therapists will ask you to identify when the ailment began and what was happening in your life at the time, to see if the two are related.
They'll compile a detailed life history to determine the nature of your school experiences, family relationships and any accidents or illnesses, to help them get to the source of the problem.
The therapist strives to take away the effect of the trauma, so the incident can be recalled without the pain.
During treatments you will be asked to focus on the problem while the therapist endeavors balances your
chakras,
(energy centres).
Chakras can get blocked with negative energy when there's been a trauma, defined as anything that's had a negative emotional or psychological affect on you.
By balancing the chakras the therapist eliminates the negative emotional charge associated with your situation, resolving it in a non-traumatic way and releasing it energetically.
Any negative emotions attached to it are removed, without altering the memory of the event or problem.
During therapy sessions you'll be asked to hold an arm outstretched in front of them, allowing the therapist to muscle test while asking questions pertaining to your core beliefs.
Then you repeat the question as the therapist attempts to lower your arm. If the sentence is true for you, the therapist will be unable to lower it, but if it doesn't reflect your inner truth your muscles will be too weak to resist pressure.
Muscle testing, a form of
Applied Kinesiology
, bypasses what you think and taps into what a deeper part of you knows.
It's very useful for bringing unconscious beliefs to the foreground, where they can become resolved. Some consider it more reliable than a lie detector.
Muscle testing lets the therapist help you find the real issues you're struggling with.
Then they can remove roadblocks to your healing by clearing your chakras, removing trauma and relieving distress. Negative core beliefs can be eliminated, and replaced with positive core beliefs.
Energy psychology can successfully treat:
- Anxieties
- Low self esteem
- Post-traumatic stress
- allergies
- food sensitivities
- auto-immune disorders such as environmental illness
Many people report feeling immediate relief after a treatment. Energy Psychology is compatible with many traditional forms of therapy.
During the 72 hours following an energy psychology session you may experience a wide range of thoughts and emotions. You may become aware of old emotional, mental or physical blockages, or you may think of people you haven't thought of in awhile.
Negative feelings may also arise. This is time to go with the flow. Writing your thoughts in a journal is recommended, but discussing it with others is not. In fact, discussing this process with others may undue the work you've just done.
This is not a time to make important decisions! Instead, nurture yourself by drinking lots of water to flush out hurtful cellular memories, and take long walks to assimilate beneficial new cellular knowledge.
And though it takes some time to work through the silt that has been stirred up, soon the waters will run far clearer than they have been.
