2nd Chakra Creativity
This chakra holds the mental and emotional energies of money, sex, power, control and creativity. It contains the energy of all your relationships - whether they're positive or negative. If you feel you don't take pleasure in life, or are experiencing a lack of sensuality, you may have blocks in this chakra. An unbalanced Sacral chakra can result in impotence, frigidity or reduced sexual appetite. You may be depressed and feel your creativity is blocked. It can also lead to addictions. When balanced, this chakra brings depth of emotion, sexual fulfillment and the ability to accept change gracefully, making you feel happy, creative, enthusiastic, open to others and sexually secure. Healing the Sacral chakra requires learning to forgive. Any blame or guilt you feel can be released as you gently open to emotional intimacy and develop self-compassion. You can keep this chakra balanced by visualizing a vibrant orange color while meditating. Support 2nd chakra creativity by eating orange colored fruits. Stimulate it by making circular and thrusting pelvis movements.
